I once won MIT’s unofficial best-worst beard award. That was in 2014. Since then I have learned a bit of biology, coding, Raspberry Pis, arduinos, solid mechanics, combinatorics, and just enough chess to lose frequently online. I also received a few pieces of fancy paper along the way.

With that in mind, welcome to my personal site! You can expect commentary and results on things I find interesting. For example, the image on the right is a 3D scan of my head made using an xBox Kinect and some computing wizardry.
